From signup to first reply

1. 01Create an account and confirm your email.
2. 02Open Generate, paste a Google review, pick a star rating.
3. 03Edit the draft if needed, then click Copy.
4. 04Paste the reply into Google Business Profile and publish.

Brand voice

Sounding like you

1. 01Open Settings → Brand voice.
2. 02Describe your tone in one or two sentences.
3. 03Add 'never say…' or 'always sign off as…' for guardrails.
4. 04Save. The next generated reply uses the new voice.

Reply history

Finding past replies

1. 01Open History from the sidebar.
2. 02Search by reviewer name, review text, or reply.
3. 03Click Copy to re-use, or Delete to remove.

2. 02Pro is unlimited replies, priced per workspace.
3. 03Upgrade from Settings → Billing.
