- Reply quota
- Monthly cap on AI-generated replies. Free is 15; Pro is unlimited.
- Star-aware tone
- The model adjusts warmth and empathy based on the star rating you pass in.
- Reply history
- A searchable archive of every reply you've saved.
- Workspace
- Your account container — your replies, brand voice, billing, and (soon) teammates all live here.
- Seat
- One teammate's access to the workspace. Coming with Team Inbox.
