Facebook reply rules
- Recommendations are binary — 'recommend' or 'don't recommend', not 1-5 stars.
- You can reply publicly under the recommendation.
- You can message the reviewer privately via Messenger.
- Hiding a Facebook recommendation reads as suppression — never do it for a legitimate negative.
Tone notes
