How do I generate my first reply?
Sign in, open Generate, paste the review text, pick a star rating, and hit Generate. You can edit before copying.
Where do I set my brand voice?
Settings → Brand voice. Write a one-line brief like 'warm, witty, never use "delighted"'. Updates apply to the next draft.
Can I connect my Google Business Profile?
Google Sync is coming soon. For now, paste reviews in manually — the rest is automatic.
What happens when I hit my free limit?
You get 15 replies a month on the free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited drafts.
Does HappyReplies post replies for me?
Not yet. You copy the draft and paste it into Google. One-click publish ships with Google Sync.
Is my review data shared?
No. Reviews stay in your workspace and are not used to train models. See the Privacy page for details.
