How to respond to positive reviews (and turn them into repeat visits)
Positive review replies are your cheapest retention channel. Done well they cost 30 seconds and convert regulars.
TL;DR
Thank by name, quote the specific detail, give a reason to come back, sign as a person. 50-100 characters is plenty. Never post the same wording twice.
