Free dental practice review reply generator

Healthcare reviews are a compliance minefield. This preset defaults to language that acknowledges the experience without confirming patient status or discussing treatment — the two things that get practices in trouble with regulators.

Example drafts

Wait complaint

Review

"Waited 40 minutes past my appointment."

Reply

"Hi — a 40-minute wait past a specific appointment time isn't the practice we want to run. We've moved to a 15-minute buffer between complex appointments. — Sam, practice manager"

Kind team, 5-star

Review

"Dr Patel is brilliant with anxious patients."

Reply

"Thanks — we'll pass this along. Glad the visit went well. — Sam, practice manager"

Cost complaint

Review

"The bill was much higher than expected."

Reply

"Hi — a surprise bill is a communication failure on our side. From this month every treatment over £150 gets a written estimate before we start. Please email hello@ourpractice.com if you'd like to discuss. — Sam"

FAQ

Can I confirm the reviewer was a patient?
No. GDC in the UK and HIPAA in the US both treat any confirmation of patient status as a breach. The generator's preset never confirms.
Can I ask a patient to remove or update a review?
You can offer to discuss offline. You cannot ask for a rating change; both GDC and Google's own guidelines forbid it.
What if the review is factually wrong?
Correct only non-clinical facts (opening hours, location). Never argue clinical facts in a public reply.
