- Can I confirm the reviewer was a client?
- No. Confirmation can breach client confidentiality even when the reviewer named the transaction first.
- Can I dispute a factual claim about a sale in the public reply?
- Never. Correct only non-transactional facts (office hours, opening dates). Anything about the deal moves to email.
