FAQ
- Should I name the stylist in a critical reply?
- No. Even a positive-sounding defence names them publicly against a customer complaint. Move it offline first, resolve privately.
- How do I handle a review about a stylist who's left?
- Acknowledge, note that the stylist is no longer with the salon if the reviewer might return, and offer a booking with a current team member.
