FAQ

Should I name the stylist in a critical reply?
No. Even a positive-sounding defence names them publicly against a customer complaint. Move it offline first, resolve privately.
How do I handle a review about a stylist who's left?
Acknowledge, note that the stylist is no longer with the salon if the reviewer might return, and offer a booking with a current team member.
